After 20 years of service as a 91D/68D surgical tech, I experienced multiple PCS moves firsthand—each one bringing its own set of challenges for me, my spouse, and our kids. Those experiences—both good and bad—motivated me to enter the real estate industry after retirement. I wanted to be the kind of Realtor® I wish I had during those transitions: someone who truly understands the military lifestyle and the emotional and logistical toll that moving can take on a family.
